Your obligations under this warranty

This warranty is designed to replace or repair any Toyota drivetrain components defective in material or workmanship which fail under normal operation and use. It is a condition of this warranty that your vehicle must be maintained to the manufacturer’s recommendations by the Authorised Toyota dealer in the country. These servicing requirements are outlined within your owner’s documentation and must also be read together with this warranty. You should keep evidence of how and where your vehicle has been serviced, as it will help to minimise any delay in processing your claim. Please note that if your vehicle is inadequately maintained by an authorised dealer in Fiji, we may refuse your claim.

Commercial usage

Your warranty does not cover the failure of any Toyota components where your vehicle is being used or has been used in circumstances other than normal operating conditions for example: as a taxi, a driving school vehicle, as a courier vehicle or mail delivery vehicle; as a police, security or emergency vehicle or on mining sites.

Approval for warranty repairs

All repairs made under this warranty require the express approval of the Asco Motors Warranty Administrator, who can be contacted on the number printed on the back cover of this booklet. If your vehicle fails and needs to be repaired outside Asco Motors’ normal office hours and cannot be approved before repairs are carried out, you must contact the Asco Motors Warranty Administrator as soon as possible after they re-open if you want to claim for the repairs under this warranty.

This page is a summary only and does not form part of the warranty contract.
