- By participating in the “Txt & Win” Promotion (the “Promotion”), participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promotion is jointly organized by Asco Motors (AM) and Digicel Fiji (DF).
- The Promotion runs for a total duration of 101 days. Entries received outside of this promotional period will not be eligible for the draws.’

- Eligibility
- The Promotion is open to all active Digicel Fiji Prepaid numbers residing in Fiji.
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older to claim the major prize, or have a legal guardian present during prize handover.
- Employees and immediate family members of Asco Motors, Digicel Fiji, and associated advertising agencies are strictly ineligible to participate.
- How to Enter & Charging
- To enter, customers must text the keyword “RAV4” to the designated short code.
- Each SMS entry sent to the short code 7777 will be charged at 99 cents (inclusive of VAT).
- Multiple entries are permitted; each valid SMS counts as a separate entry into the random prize draws. Free or promotional SMS bundles cannot be used to enter this promotion.
- Prizes & Draw Details
- Major Prize: One (1) Brand New Toyota Standard RAV4 in Urban Rock color, valued at FJD $78,900.00.
- Consolation Prizes: Distributed throughout the campaign.
- Selection: Winners will be determined via a computerized random draw using transparent prize draw technology managed by Digicel Fiji.
- Regulation: The promotion is conducted in full compliance with the Fiji Competition and Consumer Commission (FCCC) Guidelines for Texting Competitions/Promotions.
- Winner Notification & Prize Collection
- Winners will be contacted directly by Digicel Fiji via a phone call using the mobile number registered to the winning entry.

- To claim the major vehicle prize, the winner must present valid photo identification (e.g., Voter ID, Passport, or Driver’s License) matching the registered SIM ownership data.
